It is O2 who knows about the carjacking and that she is the one who had him marked for the car jacking. O2 will chase after the car when he gets into a gun fight with the people who stole the car which makes it nearly impossible to go to the police. This is a promise that he must keep shortly after when put to the test as his vintage Chevy Impala SS convertible is stolen from him while at gunpoint. from school and is running late, he vows to always return for him. He has been in prison and served his time and is bound to avoid returning back to prison and risk losing his son. Otis, an ex-con played by Tyrese Gibson who was once known as O2 and his ability to vanish or flee from an crime scene much like oxygen.

The movie has subplots that are quite similar to the main characters of Bonnie and Clyde with the two of them trying to avoid the police when they are committing bank robberies. Waist Deep is a movie that is based off from the original film, Bonnie and Clyde. This is a must see movie if you like fast paced movies that keep you guessing what will come next. This is a movie that will keep you on the seat of your pants. When Meat attempts to shoot at O2 there are no shots remaining which is when he will then become shot by O2. They will exchange gunshots where he will kill one of Meat’s men only leaving Meat by himself. He is then forced to meet with Meat and P Money once and for all. The next day, they will rob some banks and retrieve some very expensive jewelry that belongs to Meat. Once they rob one of the locations, they find keys to safety deposit boxes in the area from a number of banks. By doing this, he is installing doubt into each of their minds hopefully making it easier to find and locate his son. He will have Coco and him rob P Money and Meat making it appear as if P Money is stealing from Meat and vice versa. Desperate to get his hands on some cash, O2 will come up with a plan. Once he enlists help from his cousin, he learns that unless he is able to deliver $100,000 to Meat, he is not going to see his son again.
